1. Product overview

The use method of the full-automatic pressure calibration table with the external pressure module is the same as that of the full-automatic pressure calibration table with the built-in pressure module. The whole machine also needs to be brought to the measurement department when it is calibrated. The hydraulic full-automatic pressure calibration platform of the external pressure module has only a single channel, and there is no double channel. Different pressure modules can be selected according to the model of the calibration table. The pressure module of the hydraulic full-automatic pressure calibration platform with external pressure module is installed on the pressure interface of the calibrated meter, and the signal line is inserted on the 9-pin plug of "external standard".

The device is driven by a variable-speed motor, and the transmission mechanism drives the piston pump to compress the transformer oil or air to generate pressure. The intelligent voltage stabilizer controls the variable-speed motor to stabilize the voltage. The intelligent controller controls the variable-speed motor to pressurize, depressurize and relieve pressure.

This device is also known as apsl automatic pressurization test bench. The calibration table can be built with 4 ~ 8 ranges of inlet pressure modules, and the accuracy level within the full range can reach level 0.1 or 0.05. External pressure module can also be used.

This device is completely designed according to China's pressure verification regulations. When traveling up, it approaches the verification point from bottom to top, and when traveling down, it approaches the verification point from top to bottom, but it is not adjustable.

As long as the range is selected on the computer, it can realize automatic pressurization, decompression, pressure stabilization, data recording, error analysis, printing of calibration report, printing of certificate, etc.

This device is equipped with overvoltage protection: when the pressure exceeds 110% of the selected range, it will alarm and lock the pressure rise to protect the safety of the standard meter and the calibrated meter.

This device is equipped with overcurrent protection: when verifying the transmitter, when the current exceeds 20.5ma, alarm and lock the boost to protect the safety of the standard meter and the calibrated meter.

The device is equipped with a filter and sewage system. The medium polluted by the field instrument is isolated from the clean medium in the piston through the filter to ensure the service life of the piston. The gas-liquid separator is set on the air pressure calibration platform, which can calibrate the field instruments with oil or water.

The device can not only be controlled by computer, but also be operated by touch screen or keyboard to realize full-automatic pressure verification.

2. Technical features

It is a real full-automatic pressure verification platform. As long as you press the start key, you can automatically complete all the work of pressurization, decompression, voltage stabilization, recording data, analyzing errors, printing verification reports and certificates.

It fully conforms to the verification regulation of pressure instruments in China and can be used as a pressure standard.

A stable pressure source can be provided without using high-pressure gas cylinders.

After the range is selected, the pressure module will be automatically selected, and the fault of damaging the pressure module due to the wrong selection of the pressure module will never occur.

A dual channel apsl full-automatic pressure calibration platform is adopted, which can calibrate two field instruments at the same time, and one calibrator can calibrate 56 instruments a day.

It can verify pressure transmitter, pressure switch (pressure controller) and pressure indicator.

It can set the pressure setting value manually and pressurize automatically.

The range can be selected manually, and the up stroke and down stroke can be automatically pressurized according to the verification point of the selected range.

The verification points of various pressure ranges can be prefabricated to realize full-automatic verification.

The pressure stabilization speed is fast, and it only takes about 5 minutes to calibrate the transmitter at 9:00 pressure stabilization.

It has the full-automatic verification function of pressure switch.

The internal pipeline is relatively thick, which is not easy to be blocked during use, and there is a sewage system, which is suitable for China's national conditions.

It has complete protection function, including over-voltage protection (alarm will be sent if it exceeds 110% of the range), over-current protection (when the transmitter current exceeds 20.5ma), leakage, sensor failure and other alarms. Stop pressurization in case of overvoltage, overcurrent and sensor failure.

The full-automatic pressure calibration table can store 20 groups of calibration results of 56 field instruments before and after adjustment.

It can be connected with tmms-2000 automatic verification system to form a full-automatic pressure verification system. The verification personnel can complete the pressure verification work as long as they use the mouse.

The quick connector is used, and the wrench is not needed when disassembling the instrument.
