The apsl601 portable full-automatic pressure verification platform includes pressure generation, pressure measurement, electrical signal measurement and HART communication functions, which is suitable for verifying pressure transmitters, pressure switches (pressure controllers), pressure indicators, etc.

Apsl 601 Series Portable full-automatic pressure calibrator can have Hart function built-in to replace Hart manual operator, set or calibrate the range of Hart transmitter, make the output current of Hart transmitter at a fixed value (such as 20mA, 12mA, 4mA), set linear or square function, and can Hart reset the pressure sensor of the transmitter. It is more convenient to use than Hart manual operator.

2. Functional features

It can automatically verify pressure transmitter, pressure switch and pressure indicator.

Verification of pressure transmitter:

Standard verification points: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% of the range, automatic return. User defined verification point: any pressure value.

The default voltage stabilization time of the verification point: 20 seconds, which can be set arbitrarily between (10 ~ 240) seconds.

The whole process time of automatic verification (9:00): about 5 minutes.

The built-in HART protocol can be used as a manual operator of an intelligent transmitter.

Pressure switch verification: it can automatically detect the action value and reset value of the pressure switch, and can detect the contact resistance of the pressure switch.

Safety protection: overvoltage, overvoltage sensor failure and other protection.

Loop power supply: dc24v/30ma. If it is connected to the standard meter by mistake, it will not damage the standard meter.
